Yesterday, I did spin and weights. The spin class ran long, so it was an hour. It prompted me to post this on my other blog.
I added leg Extensions to the list of things I did because that really felt weak when I changed my swim stroke. I wanted to add some sort of leg curl too but couldn't find a machine to do them on.
Here is what I did this week:
Lying Dumbbell Tricep Extension: 10 lbs each hand (EH). 10x4
Dumbbell Flyers: 10lbs EH 10x4
Straight Arm Pulldown (lat machine): 25 lbs 20x3
Wide-Grip Pulldowns Behind the Neck (lat machine): 70 lbs 20x3
Leg Extensions: 70 lbs 10x3
Side Lateral Raise: 10 lbs EH 10x3
Dumbbell Bicept Curl (but sitting): 20 lbs EH 10x3
Seated Dumbbell Palms-up Wrist curl: 15 lbs EH 10x3
