mwz: Day 22 Not a rest day

I was supposed to rest today. I really need it. My legs are aching and I'm feeling worn out.

Unfortunately, I locked the keys in the car when I went to put more air in the tires. I had to walk the 1.3 miles home to get the key from Arial
and then 1.3 miles back (I checked the distance on my way back home). The sidewalks were mostly unshoveled and icy. It wasn't a simple walk home. I was glad that the snow was packed pretty well on the side walks, so I didn't have to trudge through snow.

I am going to count that as my run day and take tomorrow off. Hopefully, on Tuesday, I can be rested and go for the elusive 44 laps in the pool (or at least 41 laps which is the race distance).
