mwz: Day 78
This morning I swam a bit. I stopped after 18 laps (22 is a half mile). I just wasn't feeling it this morning and my foot was bothering me. I think it was just tired. I'm going to have to strengthen the muscle that bends the foot at the ankle.

Have you ever tried BOSU? It's an aerobics class that is sort of like step except the thing you step on is a half-ball and therefore is very difficult to balance on. Hence, you strengthen your ankles (and your core). The first BOSU class I took, my ankles almost fell off. I also thought it was a lot of fun because of the balance component.
